We’ll set up a consultation to discuss your expected proposal date, budget, and style of ring you are looking for. From there we’ll talk more about your partner, their lifestyles, and design tastes.

Education.

We’ll walk you through the 4 C’s of diamonds or gemstone 101 so you better understand the differences in the quality and value of diamonds and gemstones. Next, we’ll help you decide on the quality and size of the center stone for your engagement ring. This will help inspire the design of the perfect ring for the soon-to-be betrothed.

Design & Production.

Once the ring design has been approved the ring will then go into production bringing your vision to reality.

Appraisal.

Once the ring is completed, we’ll have it inspected for quality assurance. Once it has passed quality control, we will then provide you with a typed appraisal for insurance purposes. This will give you the retail replacement value of your ring and the document that will be needed should you want to insure the ring. We highly recommend the ring be insured prior to your proposal.

Delivery.

Your custom Heidi Marie jewelry will be insured and shipped overnight via FedEx/UPS or hand-delivered in the greater Omaha area.
